Patio Furniture Refinishing, Repair, and Restrapping

In addition to manufacturing new aluminum outdoor furniture, we also offer services to keep your existing patio furniture looking good. We offer restrapping, refinishing, repainting, sandblasting, powdercoating, and patio furniture repair.

We remove your original vinyl straps and replace them with new, top quality, virgin vinyl straps. Most new furniture manufactured today is strapped with 2" wide vinyl straps, but older furniture may have narrower widths of vinyl straps, which we are also able to replace with brand new vinyl. There are also several different ways to attach the vinyl straps to the frame, such as E-clips, S-clips, rivets, and screws. We have access to several different methods of attaching straps to patio furniture.

We typically refinish pool furniture or beach furniture for resorts and large properties with strapped furniture, but we do offer refinishing for all types of patio furniture, including cast aluminum furniture, wrought iron furniture, and top brands of sling furniture. Our refinishing process includes sandblasting to remove the original paint, powder-coating to create a strong and beautiful finish, and strapping the furniture with new virgin vinyl straps. The process may vary depending on your type of patio furniture, but refinishing is always a great way to give a new look to an older outdoor furniture set.

Sandblasting is the process of removing original paint, and even corrosion or rust, from the frames. We use sandblasting as an alternative to stripping the furniture in an acid bath. The benefit of sandblasting is that, in addition to removing paint and corrosion, it also etches the frame so that when new powder is applied to the frame, it applies evenly for an attractive and durable finish. We have 2 fully operational sandblast booths to handle large scale refinish projects.

Powder-coating is the process of applying high-quality TGIC powder to the frame instead of a liquid enamel. Once the powder has been thoroughly applied to the frame, it is placed in an oven and heated to approximately 400 degrees, causing the powder to melt and become a liquid that evenly coats the aluminum frame. Powder-coating provides for excellent durability, UV stability, corrosion resistance, and beauty, and is the premier choice for industrial applications!
